A visit to the Florida Westgate Saturday Night Rodeo turned into one of the most surreal and entertaining evenings of our trip. Bulls, cowboys, trick roping and full-blown Americana made for a night we’ll never forget.

In between theme parks, wildlife encounters and day trips, we also found time to slow down in Florida. From crazy golf and mall shopping to stormy beach drives and one unforgettable rodeo night, these quieter moments rounded out the trip perfectly.
A couple of days spent exploring all that New Orleans has to offer ... well nearly all
Today we head from Breaux Bridge and the Bayou swamps down to the city famous for it's Mardi Gras, New Orleans
What could be better than an All American Car cruise 20 miles from where we were staying
This morning was spent on a Cajun Swamp Tour Chasing Gators and oggling over Classic American Muscle Cars
The drive from Natchez to Breaux Bridge was pretty with an enlightening stop at the Rosewood Historic house and Plantation
The drive from Clarksdale to Natchez threw up some unexpected stops and some lovely scenery

Today sees up exploring Clarksdale Mississippi and old legends of the blues world
From the home of Rock n Roll to the home of the Delate Blues. Today we drove down to Clarksdale Mississippi to see if was still possible to sell your soul at the crossroads
